Buy Online Pick Up In-Store


Littmanjewelers.com offers thousands of products online, including many of which are not available in our retail stores. Now you can order online and pick up in-store at a Littman Jewelers store location near you!

How do I place a Buy Online Pick Up In-Store Order?

  1. Browse item(s) online, and add to your cart by clicking "Add to Shopping Bag."
    1. Note: Eligible items will state: "Pick Up In-Store: Available."
  2. When you’re ready to check out, click on the "Shopping Bag" in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "Pick Up In-Store" in the Delivery Options section.
  4. If applicable, enter a promo code into the area provided, and click "Apply Promo."
  5. Select your desired shipping method from the drop-down menu labeled Estimated Shipping.
  6. Click "Checkout" to continue the purchase process.
  7. You will be prompted to Sign In to your Account (if not already signed in), or you may select Guest Checkout.
  8. Locate a store by entering your zip code or city & state, click search or select from the options shown, and click "Continue Checkout."
  9. Enter your Billing & Payment Information, and click "Continue Checkout."
  10. Confirm your purchase details, and click "Place Order."
  11. After you complete your purchase, you will receive the following emails.
    1. Your Order Confirmation email confirms we have received your online order.
    2. When your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that will allow you to track your order in FedEx.
    3. When your order is delivered to the Store, we will send you an email indicating your Buy Online Pick Up In-Store order is ready for pick up. Please wait until you have received this email to come to the Store, or contact your local Store if you see the order is delivered but you have not received an email indicating you should pick it up, or call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-342-6663.

Can I track my shipment to the store?

Yes. Your items will be shipped via FedEx 2 Day unless you are in Alaska or Hawaii and certain areas of the United States. Your Shipment Confirmation email contains a link to Order Status where you can find your tracking number. When your order is delivered to the Store we will send you an email indicating your Buy Online Pick Up In-Store order is ready for pick up. Please wait until you have received this email to come to the Store, or contact your local Store if you see that the order is delivered but you have not received an email indicating you should pick it up, or call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-342-6663.

Can I ship items eligible for Buy Online Pick Up In-Store to my home?

Yes. We offer Buy Online Pick Up In-Store only as an additional service to our Customers. You may choose to ship any of these items to your home or another location. See Shipping Methods & Costs for available options.

When can I pick up my order at the store?

Please wait until you have received the Buy Online Pick Up In-Store order is ready for pickup email. This is your notification that your order is at the Store and ready to be picked up.

All Order Delivery dates include a Processing Time in addition to the time spent in transit. Some items, including non-stock size rings may require additional Processing Time. Please refer to the Delivered By Date shown on the Order Status page for the arrival date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Your order will be kept securely at the store for 15 days after the Buy Online Pick Up In-Store order is ready for pickup email is sent. To prevent any returns, please pick up all items within this timeframe.

After 15 days, any unclaimed items will be returned and you will receive credit for the item within 30 business days of the return date. See Return Instructions within our "Returns and Warranties" section for more information.

What information do I need to pick up my order?

Present your Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation, or other email stating the order is ready to pick up. These contain all of the information needed to identify your order.

For your protection, you will be asked for the following:

  • Valid photo ID (a state-issued ID card, driver’s license or passport)

You will also be required to sign for your item when you pick it up.

Can I have someone else pick up my order for me?

Buy Online Pick Up In-Store Orders may only be picked up by the Bill-To party listed on the Order Confirmation and for your protection, the photo ID must match to the Bill-To name.

What should I do if I want to return my order?

littmanjewelers.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our distinctive Return and Exchange Policy. Returns and exchanges are permitted within 60 days from the purchase date for jewelry; and within 30 days from the purchase date for watches.

See "Return and Exchange Policy" for information on returning your item. Please note the exceptions outlined for returning items in-store. These exceptions apply for Buy Online Pick Up In-Store deliveries, as well.
