Fred Meyer Jewelers and Littman Jewelers offers the same great guarantees on-line as well as in our 396 stores nationwide.

Diamond and Gemstone Bond Lifetime Guarantee
Fred Meyer Jewelers and Littman Jewelers will replace any diamonds and gemstones* free of charge if they become chipped, broken, or lost from the original mounting for purchases up to $15,000.00. To keep your lifetime replacement guarantee in effect, simply bring your jewelry item and the Fine Jewelry Guarantee to any Fred Meyer Jewelers, Littman Jewelers or Barclay Jewelers location every six months for a free inspection. At the time of inspection, a store associate will sign your inspection report.

*Emeralds, Opals and Pearls are excluded

Mounting Guarantee
Fred Meyer Jewelers and Littman Jewelers will guarantee the mounting against defects in material or craftsmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a defect is detected excluding normal wear or abuse, we will repair or replace the mounting free of charge. After 1 year, repairs may be needed to properly secure diamond and gemstones in the mounting.

Lifetime Diamond Trade-in Privilege
You may trade in your diamond jewelry item for its' full purchase price (exclusive of tax) towards the purchase price of a new diamond jewelry item that is at least double the price you paid for your original diamond purchase.

Free Lifetime Inspection and Cleaning
Bring your diamond or gemstone jewelry into Fred Meyer Jewelers, Littman Jewelers or Barclay Jewelers as often as you wish for free cleaning and inspection.

Guarantee of Satisfaction
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return up to 90 days from date of purchase. (Watches may be returned within 30 days if they have not been worn or sized). Sales receipt must accompany this guarantee.

All of our guarantees are conditional based on your jewelry receiving proper care and treatment and being inspected and noted on the Fine Jewelry Guarantee document by a store associate every 6 months. In addition, all necessary repairs must be completed by our representatives.

This Guarantee does not cover theft, abuse or mysterious disappearance. Tampering, mistreatment or non Fred Meyer Jewelers, Littman Jewelers or Barclay Jewelers modification/repair of your diamond or precious gemstone jewelry will nullify this guarantee.
