How can I track my order?
Sign on to Littman Jewelers Website and then go to Order Status to check progress on your order; the tracking number will be available if your order is in shipped status. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-457-5977 between 8:00am and 5:00pm PST for questions regarding changes to your shipment/tracking information.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Call us directly at 1-800-457-5977 Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. You can also e-mail us with your request, please make sure to include the following information; your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and order confirmation number. These requests can be e-mailed to jewelry@fredmeyer.com; we will make every attempt to respond to your request within 3 business days.
Can I go to my local Littman Jewelers store and purchase an item that I saw online?
Most of the items offered online are available at your local Littman Jewelers with the exception of the unmounted stones that are offered on the website. Also, your local Littman Jewelers may carry additional items that we do not offer online. Use our convenient Store Locator to locate the store nearest you. Please call ahead to make sure your item is available at that location.
Will FedEx leave my package on my doorstep if no one is there to sign for it?
No. For your protection, we require that all orders must be signed for at the time of delivery.
REFUND QUESTIONS
What is the return policy and how do I make a return?
You may return jewelry purchases from FMJ, Inc. DBA LittmanJewelers.com within 90 days of when the order was placed, and watches in absolute original condition (unworn) may be returned within 30 days of when the order was placed. Unmounted Stones purchased on-line must be returned to the on-line store within 30 days of when the order was placed. Our retail store locations cannot accept unmounted stone returns from an on-line purchase. Merchandise must be accompanied by the packing list and the certificate* (if applicable -replacement fee for the certificate is $200.00). Return requests can be processed on our website.
On-line Return Requests
To process a return request for your on-line purchase, please click on "Order Status/Returns". On the Order Status page please entering the following in the required fields and click on the “Lookup” button:
- Order Reference Number*
- Last Name*
- Last 4 digits of the Credit Card Used or Bill Me Later Account ID*
- 5-digit Billing Address Zip Code*
Once your order results are showing below, please check the “Return” box next to each item that you will be returning and click the “Return” button. This will submit your return request to our processing department and an automatic response e-mail with the instructions on how to process your return will be sent to the e-mail address that was used to place the order.
*Order Reference Number is the number you received on the confirmation page after submitting your order. This is also the Purchase Order # on your packing slip without the preceding LTJ (example; if your packing slip states LTJ000000 remove the LTJ and enter 000000).
*Last Name should be the last name entered as the "Bill To" when the order was submitted.
*Last 4 digits of the Credit Card is the last 4 numbers on your credit/debt card which was used to place the order with. You can find this number on the front and back of your credit card.
*Bill Me Later Account ID is the last 4 digits of your Bill Me Later account. Please refer to your billing statement for this number or contact Bill Me Later directly.
*5-digit Billing Address Zip Code is the zip code which was entered for the billing address.
Online Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds will be credited back to the credit card or Bill Me Later account used for the purchase. Please note: in-store purchase cannot be returned to the on-line store.

Unmounted Stones purchased on-line must be returned to the on-line store within 30 days of when the order was placed. The Unmounted Stone must be accompanied by the packing list and the certificate (replacement fee for the certificate is $200.00).

What is the trade-in policy?
Our Lifetime Trade-in Policy Reads:
You may trade in your diamond jewelry item for its' full purchase price (exclusive of tax) towards the purchase price of a new diamond jewelry item that is at least double the price you paid for your original diamond purchase.
I have a problem with a store location, what do I do next?

I am having problems with my Jewelry, what do I do?
Please contact the store nearest you or the store which the item was originally purchased from, to give them the opportunity to satisfy your needs. If the item was purchased on-line please fill out our customer service form under 'Customer Service'. Please include your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and order confirmation number. I need a repair, where do I go, how much does it cost?
Please contact the store nearest you. You can use our convenient Store Locator on-line to locate the store nearest you. You may also contact us directly at 1-800-457-5977. Our Stores can have an item repaired for you or give you an estimate of time before leaving your piece of jewelry for repair.
I like a piece I saw on your web site, does it come in another color of gold and can I have the center stone made larger? What would the cost be?
All of our items in our stores and at our on-line store are as shown. When changing the type of metal or stone size, you will need to stop by one of our 396 store locations operating as Fred Meyer Jewelers, Littman Jewelers or Barclay Jewelers to check on availability of the item, whether it can be special ordered for you and give you a price estimate for the request. Special Orders can take 2 to 8 weeks depending on availability. All store Sales Associates would be more than happy to assist you with the Special Order process.
